The concept of dark energy is nothing new. What this group of engineers and scientists are about to announce (if they are really successful) is how they really got access to the dark energy or negative gravity. Theoretically it is just not possible to create dark matter in the laboratories. The energy needed to boil the space or vacuum is just astronomical and we just do not have that mechanism in place based on technological advances.

The project leader of this group laughs at the critics and the universal skepticism. According to them, if you keep an open mind you will get an answer. All extra-terrestrial UFOs use dark energy to perform intergalactic travel at a speed faster than light. Do you believe they are sitting and boiling space in their UFOs? Dark matter is all around us and the parallel multidimensional Universes associate them. All that you need for anti-gravity propulsion is creating an environment where gravity takes a back seat and dark matter takes over the propulsion system. That is how the Universe is expanding and as a matter of fact accelerating in its expansion. Those who are not skeptics and closely observe the UFO flight patterns should get some clues in implementing such propulsion systems.

Many countries are working on dark energy propulsion systems. Most militaries in the world try to convince the public that UFOs and Extra-terrestrials are all hoax while quietly watching them to learn the next level of techno-military superiority over other countries. That is the reason why we believe that even if this group of engineers and scientist are successful they may keep quite for a long time.

None of the numerous UFOs reported over Britain in the last 30 years was a flying saucer, the government said on Monday as it released previously secret defence files probing mysterious aerial sightings. 

The declassified study — “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena in the UK Air Defence Region” — concluded that such UAP do exist and are “usually described as coloured lights and sometimes as shapes”. 

“Very occasionally they are reported with sound and even with smell,” it added. 

But it noted that “reports occur because they comprise unfamiliar and unexpected lights, shapes and patterns, in the context in which the observer sees them. The phenomena occur on a daily, worldwide basis”. 

Man-made objects, such as airplanes, are also often mis-seen or are actually meteors re-entering the Earth’s atmosphere causing “buoyant plasmas”. 

Rare weather, atmospheric conditions or other “barely understood” natural events could also be causes. 

“There is no evidence that any UAP seen in the UKADR are incursions by objects of any intelligent (extra-terrestrial or foreign) origin, or that they represent any hostile intent,” the unnamed author of the report said. 

“There is no evidence that ’solid’ objects exist which could cause a collision hazard.” 

The study, which aimed to assess whether Britain was threatened by UAPs and “should the opportunity arise, to identify any potential military technologies of interest”, concluded there was “nothing of defence intelligence value”. 

But it warned Royal Air Force pilots, who are most likely to encounter such phenomena, not to try to intercept UAPs because of the threat of collision. 

The report, marked “Secret. For UK Eyes Only”, was made public following a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

He claims to have seen spaceships soaring across the city’s skies and crop circles 300ft-wide, so it will take more than an official report to convince this Oxford UFO expert aliens don’t exist.

A confidential four-year study by the Ministry of Defense, made public under the Freedom of Information Act, concluded there is no proof of alien life forms.

But Michael Soper, pictured, a member of the Contact International UFO research group, has spent decades of his life studying unidentified flying objects and believes the MoD’s report does not throw any doubt on his findings.

Mr Soper, of Ouseley Close, New Marston, who says he first saw a UFO in 1959 over the Malvern Hills in Worcestershire, said: “Obviously, the MoD can’t admit aliens exist.

“Even if they knew they did, they could not admit to it. This is the only kind of report they could produce. I don’t agree with most of it.”

The report, undertaken by the Defence Intelligence Staff, part of the MoD, concludes that sightings of UFOs can be rationally explained and that meteors and their “well-known effects” are responsible for “some unidentified aerial phenomena”.

But Mr Soper insisted this could only explain about five per cent of the cases he had encountered.

He said: “You would need to have a strange mentality to believe the conclusions of this report. I have read thousands of witness reports and seen all kinds of evidence and the MoD’s conclusions do not come anywhere near to explaining them.”

Mr Soper, a researcher and mathematician, said he had pictures of an object he believes to be an alien craft which he spotted on a photo taken of a cloud near Banbury. In 1995, he took a picture of a spherical object above the Co-op store in Marston and has also investigated crop circles near Garsington. He said: “I’ve heard petrol engines just cut out when a UFO has flown overhead. I’ve seen pennies burned after UFOs have landed on them.

“There are multiple witness reports. The MoD’s report shows there is a case to answer, if they feel the need to produce a 400-page report. We were told there was no study being undertaken, but in actual fact a four-year study was being carried out.

“It is a bittersweet victory for us. They have admitted there is something to explain.”

The report, entitled Unidentified Aerial Phenomena in the UK, was completed in 2000 and stamped “Secret: UK Eyes Only”.

Only a few copies were produced and the author’s identity has been protected.

Scientists realize that these abductions are real but can never be proved because extraterrestrials use mind control and simulation techniques to create virtual reality.

Very recently researchers are realizing that extraterrestrial UFOs contact human beings through their advanced mind control techniques. Many claim that the Governments, individuals, animals and plants are all in constant communication with the extraterrestrial entities.

The extraterrestrials according to this theory have the technology to communicate by methods that is nontraditional in terrestrial terms. People who have claimed that they have experienced UFOs, are especially sensitive to charged ions in the environments and Extra Low Frequency waves.

Electron acceleration for the generation of Infra Red and other optical emissions, and to create additional ionization in selected regions of the ionosphere that could be used to control radio wave propagation properties have shown strange behavior in human mind.

According to this theory, techniques of fast ionization with the use of an computer algorithm controlled accelerator can produce the effect. The hard part is to receive the signals in a controlled environment.

Analysis of flight patterns of many Air Forces as documented in various public sources reveal an interesting pattern. Somehow major Air Forces in the world avoid certain part of their territories at certain times. Computer models show interesting correlation between UFO sightings and avoidance of flights by the Air Forces in that region of the world. What that really means is that Governments know where UFOs will operate their flight activities and these days cooperating Governments avoid flying into those regions. Interestingly commercial aircrafts fly in specific routes controlled by the countries.

The big question then is how are these UFOs contacting the Governments?

Some scientists and engineers believe the communications are taking place secretly at very special short-wavelength, high-frequency signals that occupy the electromagnetic spectrum above 190 THz in the infrared range. It is the optical wireless range that requires special devices and is normally out of reach of the public though in some countries no licensing is required.

The communication in many cases are electro-magnetically shielded and encrypted. There are researchers all around the world who are receiving such signals and are working on reverse engineering the shield as well as the encryption. It will not be long before someone comes out with complete details of these secret communication mechanisms.

It is not known if the shielding of communication is created by the extraterrestrials or by the countries involved in such communication. Very strange signals are being passed in that frequency range and are very difficult to detect.
